Holiday Stress: Setting boundaries you can live with [Video]

Winter holidays and events bring us into a season of increased social activities. This can bring about feelings of joy & connection, but can also lead to stress around family dynamics and expectations.

But it does not need to be like that.

We invite you to join us in a Matters of the Mind presentation where Ashleigh Keizer, Registered Clinical Counsellor, talks about healthy boundaries during the holidays.

In this webinar we discussed the following:

  • what boundaries are,
  • who they are for
  • and why they are healthy.

We explored some myths about setting boundaries for yourself and how to manage emotions. We also looked at implementing and thriving with healthy boundaries.
